Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnceWrite, a content repurposing service operated by OnceWrite ("we", "us", "our").
By using OnceWrite, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
OnceWrite transforms blog posts and text content into social media posts for multiple platforms using AI. The service includes content generation, translation, and optional auto-posting to connected social accounts.
2. Account
You must create an account to use OnceWrite. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that violates applicable laws
- Use the service to generate spam, harassment, or hateful content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access requirements
- Use automated tools to access the service outside of provided APIs
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our prompts or system logic
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by OnceWrite is produced by AI models. You acknowledge that:
- AI output may contain inaccuracies or errors
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing
- Generated content may not be unique - similar inputs may produce similar outputs
- We do not guarantee that generated content is free from copyright issues
5. Content Ownership
- Your input content: You retain all rights to content you submit
- Generated output: You may use AI-generated output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use
- We do not claim ownership of your input or output content
- We may store your content to provide the service (generation history, auto-posting)
6. Auto-Posting
If you enable auto-posting:
- Content is posted to connected platforms automatically
- You are solely responsible for content posted to your accounts
- We are not liable for any consequences of auto-posted content
- You may disconnect platforms at any time to stop auto-posting
7. Plans and Usage
- Current beta access: free
- Daily limit: 10 credits per day
- One selected platform uses one credit
- Paid plans and checkout are currently hidden while the product remains in beta
- We may update plan terms later and will communicate material changes in advance
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep OnceWrite available but do not guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be temporarily unavailable.
9. Limitation of Liability
OnceWrite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Age Requirement
OnceWrite is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
