OnceWrite ("we", "us", "our") is a content repurposing service that transforms blog posts into social media content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account via Clerk, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Content Data: We process the blog posts, URLs, and text you submit for repurposing. Source content is stored temporarily to display generation history.
Usage Data: We track generation counts for plan limits. We do not track browsing behavior or use analytics cookies.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. LemonSqueezy handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Platform Connections: If you connect social media accounts (Twitter, Reddit) for auto-posting, we store OAuth tokens to post on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To enforce plan usage limits
- To auto-post content to connected platforms on your behalf

3. AI Processing
Your submitted content is sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) for processing. These providers process your content according to their respective data handling policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Clerk (authentication)
- LemonSqueezy (payment processing)
- AI providers (content generation)
- Connected social platforms (auto-posting, only when you opt in)
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Generated content: Stored in generation history until you delete it or your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Source content: Stored alongside generated content for reference

OnceWrite is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
